Whether you come to Neshama to address a sports injury, a chronic condition, work stress, or simply as a preventative measure, you will have the opportunity to care for yourself on your terms here.
Our classes use meditation, breathing exercises, movement and relaxation techniques to support physical and mental well-being. Each student can choose their own elements of practice. Regardless of your fitness background, you will feel comfortable and confident in our classes.
