We are excited to host Issy Rudd for the first time at our studio!
Issy's unique blend of mobility and yogaflow will guide you in improving your range of motion and confidently working these new skills into your yoga practice. This workshop is suitable for both new yogis and those who have an established practice.
Issy's practice started when she was looking for a way to relieve symptoms of scoliosis. Over the years she has built a unique and beautiful repertoire that gives her stability and relieves lower back pain. She specializes in teaching safe ways to approach challenging poses Even those without special considerations can benefit from learning more efficient ways to practice backbends, inversions and twists.
