Sattva
Sattva emerges in moments of appreciation, where we savour the things around us and how we experience them — good or bad. That is why connecting to nature helps bring us back to a sattvic state.
When we are Sattvic we feel balanced, we act kindly, we are mindful of our words and actions, and we are at peace in the present moment.
The dynamics of life will always pull us in and out of our Sattvic state. Our yoga practice is a means of returning, to understand the potential within ourselves to return.
